Dismissal from the ER or hospital gives the patient follow-up care, but what about the care givers. My daughter and I are total physically, emotionally, and mentally exhausted. The nurses encourage you to spend the night in the patient's room so that the care giver can help provide quality care. Too little sleep and too much stress leaves me unable to cope at home.
